According to SimilarWeb, the State of the World ‘ s Electricians 2025 report, the global electrician has reached a mature stage. Monthly visits ranged from 21 to 27 billion, a slight decrease over the same period, but mobile conversations increased by 13 per cent and consumer shopping was more purposeful.

The flow of developed markets, such as the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom, slowed, while emerging markets, such as Brazil and the Republic of Korea, showed strong performance. Growth in the Amazon has slowed, while Chinese platforms such as Temu have rapidly emerged, with an increase of 57 per cent in independent visitors to their web pages and a shift of resources to Latin American and European markets. Integrated platforms dominate traffic, and AI and social media are key drivers of growth. The overall number of page views on the electrician website decreased by 1 per cent over the same period (from July 2024 to June 2025, compared to the previous year), but there was a 13 per cent surge in the application-end session, highlighting the shift in the movement-end to increase participation. The flow is being concentrated in market platforms, and consumers are more likely to purchase through AI recommendations (11.4 per cent conversion rate compared to 5.3 per cent organic search). Emerging markets such as Brazil and Mexico (e.g. Temu) doubled their access to platforms, benefiting from low prices and rapid compliance. Temu, whose web-site independent visitors have grown by 57 per cent over the same period, has accelerated the channelling of resources to European and Latin American markets and has contributed to the globalization landscape. The number of visitors to specialized shops such as Quince (garments) has increased by 130.9 per cent, while the number of visits by the beauty brand Il Makiage has doubled through social media marketing.

The number of page views for beauty and cosmetics increased by 1.1 per cent (774 million per month) and applications + 16.7 per cent. Social media drive 11 per cent of the flow (3 per cent overall), with emerging markets such as India and South Africa growing the fastest (South Africa + 22 per cent).
Fashion-type page visits decreased by 3.4 per cent (on average 2.5 billion per month), but were applied + 12.5 per cent. India and Korea are leading in growth; second-hand platforms are emerging.
Access to consumer e-pages decreased by 3.1 per cent (2.8 billion per month average) and application sessions + 3.3 per cent, focusing on durability and smart device applications. Integrated electric power platforms continue to occupy high-flow areas with commodity abundance and logistics advantages. Artificial intelligence (e.g., individualized referrals, intelligent passenger service) and social media (e.g., short video tapes, social electricians) are key tools for increasing user participation and transformation rates. In 2025, global electricians were moving from “high-speed” growth to “quality growth”, and platform competition was shifting from competition for traffic to user experience, localization of operations and technological innovation.
